Unit #12 is a two bedroom, one full bath unit with 660 sq ft. of living space. It is located on the 2nd level, close to street-side of the building. Appliances are still in good shape and unit is currently rented.
RIGHT NEXT to Downtown Hilo...offices, gyms, park, bank, restaurants, schools, library, etc. are all within easy walking distance. Only just a quick trip across the bridge, there's no real need for a car but unit comes with assigned stall number #12, located in the front parking lot on the property.
There is also a laundromat (coin-operated) on-site and trash bins. Mail is received at the mailbox located in the middle of the building. Monthly fees is $160 and includes association/maintenance/water/basic cable/termite-treatment monitoring for complex. Tenant occupied, requires 48 hours notice, please do not disturb.
